it could have been great, but they managed to miss.

I've been playing this.  Mostly in the single player though, because the system they have in place for getting in multi-player games doesn't seem to work so well.  It's incredibly fun when it does though.  Would be nice to get on some night with some old school BK's if you guys are playing it.

The gamespy thing does indeed work.

If you experience problems, you should make a new account with a different email. That worked for me.

Also, if you experience other issues, you might need to forward ports. Go You must be registered to view this link and find your router, then find Borderlands and forward your ports.

I found that I needed to fix the FoV, turn on Vsync, turn off mouse smoothing, and do a few other things to make it run like I wanted. Christ, they need to stop porting console games to PC.
